What kind of paper quality do you use?

All of our artworks are printed on premium quality heavyweight (200gsm)  fine art print material with a smooth, clean finish using giclée printing method. This museum-quality paper is extremely consistent and the matte finish emphasises different highlights and tones in the artworks.

How long do your Giclée prints last?

Current scientific lab reports suggested that our paper and Giclée printing process will produce a print that lasts between 100-200 years in optimal conditions. Please note any print located in direct sunlight is still likely to fade over time.

Are the posters made sustainably?

All of our posters are printed using water based inks on sustainably sourced paper or wood from sustainable forests. Our suppliers are based in USA, UK, Europe and Australia and the local fulfilment helps reduce carbon emissions. 

How are your products packaged for shipping?

Prints sized A4 or smaller will come in an envelope. All other sizes will come in a cardboard tube with recycled plastic ends. 

Can you customise the artworks?

We are more than happy to edit our art to fit your individual preferences. Contact us with your intended edit of colour palette, orientation or size and one of our team will proceed & assist you from there.

What size of posters do you offer?

We offer our posters in both metric (centimetres) and imperial (inches) sizes.

8×10″, 8×12”, 11×14″, 12×16″, 16×20″, 24×36″, A4, A3, A2, A1, 30X40cm, 40x50cm, 50x70cm

Where do you source your artwork?

All artworks on the website are created in-house by the The Print Republic Studio.

Is a frame included with the print?

At this time we only offer unframed prints. We are working on potential frame offerings, so check back often!

How long is the processing time?

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1 to 5 days. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays.

How long is the delivery time?

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered but most products tend to be delivered in 1-5 days.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer for any import taxes or customs import duties if any are incurred.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. Tracking availability varies and will depend on the country, product type and shipping method, that have been selected with your order.

Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?

As soon as you have placed the order, we’re on it! Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it is already being processed at the print supplier.

Can I change the delivery address when my order has been placed?

It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed.

Can I return my product if I change my mind?

No, As our products are made to order, once the order is placed there can be no return for change of mind.

I have received the wrong item. What now?

Please email us right away with photos of the wrong item and the packaging it arrived in. We’ll then find a solution straight away.

An item is missing from my order. How do I get it?

First, please check your tracking link sent to you. If your order contains several items, it might have been shipped in more than one parcel.

If all parcels have been delivered, please email us right away with photos of what you received and the packaging it arrived in. Then we will find a solution.

What if my package and products were damaged upon arrival? 

If your package and products were damaged upon arrival contact us as soon as possible with pictures both of the damaged package and the damaged goods. You can do this through the contact form. As soon as we receive the pictures of the damaged package and products we will handle you request.
