Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges
We offer a 30 days return from the date of your receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind.
The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging or similar protective tube or box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and your own expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way. If your order for any reason or in any way arrives damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve the problem.
We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items and in some cases additional compensation.
Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information to [email protected].
Remember to also state your order number in the e-mail.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide a replacement or refund for a product or service purchased by you if:
You misused the said product in a way which caused the problem.
You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product or service before you purchased it.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cancellation and Change of Mind
We do not offer any refund if you change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.
Refunds
We will pay all refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card used to make the original purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement, you must provide proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
